Is the Zephyr e-bike road legal in Australia?

Yes. Both e-bike models are EN15194 and UL2849 certified and comply with Australian road rules (250W motor, pedal assist). Always check your state's specific regulations — we have a full guide under 'Road Rules in Australia' in the menu.
What happens if something breaks after I buy?

You're covered by our 1-year warranty from our Australian team. Contact us via phone or email and we'll resolve it — parts, replacements, or a full resolution. We're Australian owned and operated with a real ABN (31 684 366 961).
How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay splits your purchase into 4 equal fortnightly payments — no interest, no fees if you pay on time. Zip is also available and lets you pay weekly. Both options are at checkout.
How hard is it to assemble when it arrives?

Most riders are up and riding in 20–30 minutes. The bike arrives mostly pre-assembled — you attach the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. No special tools needed. We include a setup guide and have video tutorials if you get stuck.
Do you ship to WA, TAS, or NT?

Yes! Shipping to Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory incurs a flat-rate surcharge due to distance — this will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
